A warm thank you to all those who joined us for our Christmas Memorial Service in celebration of the lives of those who suffered from asthma, allergic disease or related respiratory conditions.
Vicar Graham Archer led the service while AAIR ambassador Jacqi Porter gave a beautiful rendition of ’Walking in the Air’. Our special thanks to Nigel Foss for his moving reflection in memory of his daughter Vikki, who sadly died from asthma last year.
AAIR’s fundraising director Caroline said: “Although there is of course sadness this is always a very warm and uplifting service which we hope is a comfort to those who attend”
Formerly a bi-annual event, the Memorial Service will now be held annually.
